Terms of Service

By using AI Rap Creator, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully. You must have the rights to any lyrics, names, or beats you ask the service to work with, and you are responsible for how you use the generated audio.

Credits and paid plans

Paid features may consume credits according to the published pricing. Generating lyrics or a song spends the credits shown before you confirm. If the provider returns a failed result, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a generation seems stuck or never arrives, contact us — you do not pay for work that is not delivered.

New accounts receive free trial credits, shown on the pricing page. One-time credit packs are single purchases; pack credits never expire and stay on your account until you use them.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions. Each subscription renews automatically every month at the displayed price until you cancel. Your monthly credits are added to your balance at the start of each billing period, and credits already granted remain on your account.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page (Subscription and billing) or by emailing support@skybringup.com from your account email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling never removes credits: pack credits and subscription credits already on your account are yours to keep and do not expire. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

Unused credit-pack purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If a payment was duplicated, credits did not arrive, or a subscription did not activate, contact us and we will make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Where mandatory consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights are unaffected.

Prices and changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms as the product changes. Your first purchase always shows the current price at checkout before any charge, and subscriptions renew at the recurring price shown on the pricing page. If we change prices, we will update the pricing page and these terms before the change applies to a renewal. Service terms can be updated when product behavior changes; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
